Why I like the De Bethune DB25 (from:AHCI)

De Bethune began with watches that were heavily reminiscent of classical European pocket watches, sporting guilloche dials, Roman numerals and blued steel hands; though the brand’s “bullet” lugs were highly original. Of late the brand has done an about-face, unveiling a slew of modern looking watches like the ambitiously named Maxichrono, Super Sport and Power. and how good it looks! Remember this dial is completely made from Grande Feu enamel which is extremely difficult to do for the color and size. Here are some really nice "in-the-metal" pictures from Kong.  After the initial reports from Basel, I had mixed feelings about the model and the color of enamel that J*D had chosen.
